Shipping and Delivery

Dispatch

Orders are picked and dispatched from our Australian warehouse. Over the last 30 days:

• 75% of orders were dispatched within one business day — 20% the same day, 55% the next day
• 89% were dispatched within two business days
• 99% were dispatched within three business days

Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery

We ship with Australia Post and Aramex Australia. Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days after your order leaves us.

All battery-operated products are sent by approved road freight rather than air freight, to comply with carrier safety requirements and to reduce the risk of parcels being stopped or returned. Road freight is why delivery takes a few days longer than an air service would.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control. If your tracking has not updated within 1 to 3 business days, please contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with the carrier.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost, stopped or returned before delivery, we will send one replacement by road freight at no additional cost. If it cannot legally or reasonably be resent, we will provide a full refund. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Tracking

Every order is sent with a tracking number. You get it by email as soon as the parcel leaves us, and you can follow it on the carrier’s own website. There is also a Track Order link in the menu at the top of this site.

Over the last 30 days, 204 of 205 dispatched orders carried a tracking number.

Shipping cost

• Orders over $100 — free shipping
• Orders under $100 — a flat $22.95 shipping fee

Age restriction

You must be 18 years or over to buy from this store. You will be asked to confirm your age before you can browse, and we may require proof of age on delivery.
